Our Vendor Day film has been nominated for The Charity Film Awards.
The Charity Film Awards were created to demonstrate that in a modern world film-making is the most powerful piece of equipment in the charity communication tool box, to show that the common perception of charities’ video content is incorrect and to praise charitable video that can inspire, incite to action, excite and change behaviour.
We believe our film, highlighting our award winning vendor day experience, does just this.
Our film, directed by G Media and produced by Bear Jam, brings to life the struggle of Big Issue vendors during “The Big Issue Foundation’s vendor day experience”. It celebrates the entrepreneurship of Big Issue vendors and dispels myths commonly associated with them. The purpose of the film is to inspire and encourage more people, and companies, to support Big Issue vendors through participating in this life transformational experience.
