Exclusive for Big Issue readers: see Ken Loach's new film for free!

We have hundreds of tickets to give away to readers for the acclaimed Sorry We Missed You

You could be heading to a special preview screening of Sorry We Missed You, the latest film from legendary director Ken Loach.

Written by long-term collaborator Paul Laverty, the movie follows the pair’s Palme d’Or-winning I, Daniel Blake, and is a powerful exploration of the world of work, the gig economy, zero-hours contracts and the challenges faced by one family in Newcastle trying to hold it all together.

Already acclaimed as one of Loach’s best and one of the year’s most important films, we have teamed up with the filmmakers to offer 1,800 tickets to readers. Screenings will be held on the evening of October 21 at 20 locations across the country.

As a special gift for Big Issue readers, you can claim your free tickets in this week’s magazine!

Screenings take place at the following Cineworld locations: Ashford, Birmingham Broad Street, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Enfield, Glasgow Renfrew Street, Greenwich 02, Middlesbrough, Newcastle, Nottingham and Wandsworth
